Environmentalists applauding a federal judge's ruling halting construction at Alligator Alcatraz, essentially shutting down the facility within the next three months. Zoo Miami's Ron Magill says it won't be easy to see exactly how much damage was done since the migrant detainee center opened July 3rd, but the work definitely took a toll. He says the lights, noise and water runoff disturbed the natural habitat of the Florida panther and bonneted bat. He says the good news is, wildlife will recover if and when given the opportunity. The state is appealing.
