WATCH: Dolphins Conga As They Demolish The Broncos

The Dolphins scored the second-most points ever in an NFL regular season game as the team demolished the Broncos 70-20 at Hard Rock Stadium.

Miami was two points shy of matching Washington, who scored a record 72 points against the Giants in 1966. Tua Tagovailoa led the charge with 309 yards and four touchdowns in the historic victory. Rookie De'Von Achane rushed for 203 yards and two touchdowns, while catching two additional scores. The Dolphins lead the AFC East at 3-and-oh. Russell Wilson passed for 306 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the losing effort. Courtland Sutton paced the offense with 91 receiving yards and a score, but lost two fumbles.

Denver dropped to oh-and-3 and sits at the bottom of the AFC West. Fins are at the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Oct.1st.
