A 42-year-old man is nabbed at Pembroke Lakes Mall after exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl at the food court before touching her rear end. Police Sgt. Christian Rogers says 42-year-old Julian Lambert also exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl who saw him running out of the mall with his boxers down. He was arrested at a nearby bus bench on Pines Boulevard. He's charged with a felony count of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation and exposure of sexual organs. Any other potential victims are asked to call police.
