Cape Canaveral, FL - SpaceX is gearing up for another rocket launch, as a Falcon 9 carrying Starlink satellites is scheduled to lift off from NASA's Kennedy Space Center on Monday.
Monday's mission is expected to light up the skies and draw spectators from across the Space Coast.
The launch is slated for a launch during a four-hour window opening at 2:21 p.m. EST and closing at 6:52 p.m. EST.
The rocket will depart from Launch Pad 39A, heading southeast.
While no sonic boom is anticipated during this particular mission, the visual spectacle of the rocket's ascent promises to be memorable.
For those who want to witness Monday's launch, Florida’s Space Coast offers numerous prime viewing spots.
Rocket launches from the Space Coast are often visible far beyond Brevard County, depending on weather conditions.
People as far north as Daytona Beach and as far south as Vero Beach may catch a glimpse of the rocket streaking across the sky.
The Falcon 9’s booster will not perform a return for this mission.
For the best experience, spectators are advised to arrive early, monitor weather conditions, and respect the rules and regulations of viewing locations.
